Placing an Order

You can place your order at the assigned time from 4 pm to midnight 7 days a week. You should allow us at least 15 minutes for Pick up/Collection order and at least 40 minutes for delivery order to be served.

You should place your order before;

1. 10 minutes to the closing time for pick up order, and
2. 30 minutes to the closing time for delivery order.

Shipment;

The shipment charge, €2.50 applies only for a distance of our store radius up to 2km, €4.00 applies only for a distance of our store radius up to 5km, €6.00 applies only for a distance of our store radius up to 8km, €8.00 applies only for a distance of our store radius up to 11km only.
However, we have the right to refuse or cancel your delivery order if the distance is more than 11km or the route is not suitable for a fast food delivery car.

please note that our service provider charges €0.50 cents for each order.
